Our time is spent getting to know our Clients and educating them. We diligently watch all Real Estate Sites and MLXchange every hour between 8am and 11pm for suitable properties as well as go through each listing for location, bedrooms, baths, fireplaces, main floor dens and Realtor errors. In an automated search sent to your email, a Realtor error could prevent you from seeing the home that you were waiting for! We also get the inside track on new listings...Because other Agents know that we have an ongoing list of quality buyers, they often call us to see if what they are about to list may be of interest to any of our Buyers. We preview between 30-50 houses a week. We shop passionately with our clients, even when they want to see 50 houses. And when the time comes, we get background information on property that is not available to the public. We find out what the house is really worth by doing a Comparative Market Analysis on the home before any offer is written...We write offers and successfully negotiate deals for our clients!!
